Ok, I thought y'all knew me well enough that I didn't have to add a sarc tag!
Hey, relax. We all knew the sarcasm was running wide and deep in your post. Nobody is seriously accusing you of being a seminar poster.

Even I was being a little bit of a wiseass. I didn't really try the kool-aid (I'm not stupid)...just the thought of it alone gave me the runs!

Attack, Attack, Attack..Shine the light on Obama so people can hear what's really going on. This man is not some benign neophyte who is going to do his four years and leave. This man is a threat to everything we hold dear. I have been studying his relationships, affiliations and history for two years. I believe he is dangerous. If you don't believe it, do some research on his relationships.

McCain says "I respect Obama and his accomplishments", and that J.McCain is why the moniker crazy John is so apt. That is NOT how you win an election.

I respect Sen. Obama and his accomplishments.
WHAT accomplishments? What has he done to earn my respect?

Being a Senator does not automatically qualify him for my respect. Too many scumbags from both parties hold and have held that title. For that matter, McVain's actions as a senator have done nothing to increase my regard for him. And of course Barry holds that title because he was handpicked by one of the most corrupt political machines in the country.

He's a lawyer that held the equivalent of the High School Yearbook Editor's position at an Ivy league school. Big freakin' whoop.

With all due respect to our members who are lawyers (and my friends in the "real" world), but I respect, like and listen to you in spite of that degree, not because of it. What really earns my respect are those that join that profession and don't become money/power hungry slime. Or politicians (but I repeat myself)

Getting a law degree doesn't mean much to me considering the low lifes, scumbags and outright traitors that have done the same, and I certainly don't consider it any more of an accomplishment than any other graduate degree, and much less of one than a degree in a field such as medicine, engineering, or one of the real sciences.

I wish The "Republican" candidate would show half as much concern about respecting the US Constitution and the voters he hopes to put him in office as he does about not hurting the feelings of Obama, the media, and Obamabots (there I go repeating myself again).
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

I'll believe that when I shit a rainbow colored unicorn that can sing kumbaya.
Obama promised me that when I shit a rainbow colored unicorn that can sing kumbaya, that my unicorn will itself shit strawberry-scented welfare checks.
And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.

I personally think that the political tone in this country has been dropping for quite some time and we need to clean it up. I see nastier stuff from the hard left, but there is that whole thing about stooping to their level. Even if I have lots of unkind thoughts about Barak Hussein Obama, when in a pubic setting like that I would expect the other guy to keep the tone out of the gutter. I respect (ug) McCain for that at least. I would like to see more reports of the misbehaviors of Obama's supporters, as I have witnessed several in person already, of a much worse nature.

Well, to my knowledge, no one on the right tried to kill people attending the DNC, so I guess the left is a bit farther down. Frankly, I think it's gotten so ugly because both parties now threaten fundamental freedoms. Obama doesn't believe in the right to self-defense, and McCain doesn't believe in freedom of political speech. They're both grossly incompetent on economic issues, as neither of them has any business experience. McCain would be good on the military aspect of foreign policy, again, he has no idea on trade, and Obama will be a disaster on it, as he refuses to believe that madmen, screaming that he want's to kill him, and trying to build a nuclear bomb, would really hurt anyone as wonderful as himself.

We're having an interesting meeting of the Republican Club at law school on Tuesday, mirroring something rumbling through the Houston Young Republican Club. Both organizations are drafting policy suggestion letters, and going to formally demand some corruption investigations -- and, at least a good portion of us are considering joining the Libertarian Party, as it may be easier to get the LP to alter it's rhetoric, than to try and clean up the GOP/Augean Stables...
