I'd like to thank everyone for their input.

Wow that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montigny_mitrailleuse is crazy. It's like the pre Gatling gun.

There will be some developments, but for right now, one needs to not waste ones shots. Plus I haven't described it yet but the Raptors can do some nasty diving attacks. And when push comes to shove, they can go "Beak to claw."

Magic Ink Chapter 14 is now available. It's perfect after Thanksgiving reading. Why you ask? Because it's not boring, you're already going to be struggling to stay awake after you gorge yourself on turkey, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie. :D

Enjoy.

As always feedback is appreciated.

How was your Thanksgiving weekend? Good I hope. If it was anything like mine you ate too much, watched some football and tried to sleep off the meal.

Anyway enough of that, how about an after Thanksgiving morsel for you. How about a new chapter of Magic Ink? Number 15 to be exact.

You're welcome.

My usual comments.

great story - a little rough but thats what first drafts are for.

Too bad about Third, but it is war.

Keep it up. Some day you WILL make money writing.

So here we are already at chapter 16 with over 38,000 words written, not shabby for what started out as a simple exercise that was only supposed to be a couple of pages from a writing prompt don't you think?

I'm having so much fun in this world I've created. It's realistic yet fanciful. Fantasy with guns. And unlike most fantasy ;-) If you know anything about me you know I like firearms. Writing Ink has made me want to get a flintlock.

Well aren't you guys lucky. TWO chapters in a week, 15 on Monday and 16 on Friday. Sheesh maybe I need to slow down. :-P
