I have a good idea which house is hers, too, from the description. It's... not that awesome. No basement, for one. She also didn't seem ready to turn "her" house into "our" house regarding whoever she lands. It sounds like she's going to try lording over the poor sap that it's her house, not his, because she was the one who put 20 percent down, she worked and slaved over it. So, yeah, there's a lot of red flags here.
I just thought of a new Barbie product from Mattel -- There's Divorce Barbie, with all of Ken's stuff, and now, Prenuptial Agreement Barbie, Barbie and Ken in Barbie's Dream House, with none of Ken's stuff.

Uhh, one who understands that compromise is a two -way street and isn't otherwise insane? That is hard.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
