And get this: any guy who marries her will be moving to her house, because it's just that awesome. I know the neighborhood she lives in; it's the same one where I grew up. I have a good idea which house is hers, too, from the description. It's... not that awesome. No basement, for one. She also didn't seem ready to turn "her" house into "our" house regarding whoever she lands. It sounds like she's going to try lording over the poor sap that it's her house, not his, because she was the one who put 20 percent down, she worked and slaved over it. So, yeah, there's a lot of red flags here.

I'm using something similar. Unfortunately, it looks like most of the women are either in Chicago, St. Louis, or the Phillippines.

You could do a whole lot worse. There's a whole lotta intersection with my life and Phillipines and Phillipino culture. They value family, have a lot of overlap with American/western values, know how to laugh and eat reaaaallly good.
