What? End up splayed out on the couch snoring at the TV?
There will be splaying on the couch, but snoring and TV need not apply.

ROFL. Did some Shakespeare while a youngun' (and Moliere' but that's a different tale). Used to laugh ourselves silly on read throughs when the meaning became clear.

I really enjoy his comedies but often struggle with his tragedies. Midsummer is a masterpiece but is not for everyone (esp if the directing, staging, tempo or a particular production aren't up to it). Shrew, Merchant of Venice, Alls well, Much Ado, etc Woot (when well done)!

One admitted saving grace of R & J was the bawdy humor, but that's true in most of his plays. My favorite is Iago's vulgar allusions about Desdemona to her father. Also, gotta love:
"You are a villain!"
"And YOU are a senator!"
If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom,...Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you...; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.

The fight between Jet Li's and Dolph Lundgren's characters was supremely amusing.
'Regulate' used to mean the opposite of 'constipate.'

Make my back, make my back burn
