George F#ckin' Washington.

Driving a HEMI F#CKIN' CHALLENGER.

All thats missing is a driving rock beat, a "small bump in displacement" and a goddamn 8-71 sticking out of the hood, and you could kill Watermelons with it by merely mentioning it in passing...

I'm getting a definite 1632 vibe from this!

Well, HTRN, to be fair it's not like General Washington would have shown up in a 1995 Dodge Neon or a 1983 K-Car. We should also be happy that he didn't show up in a 4-door Charger. That's truly un-American.

And, IMHO, that has to be the worst car commercial for at least the last 10 years.

I liked the commercial but for pity sake, couldn't they have filmed it somewhere back east instead of in the Rocky Mountains? For my money, if I were looking for a modern car and didn't care about gas cost, I'd go for either the Mustangs or Chargers; at least they're a little retro in appearance and not cookie cutter.

"...Cars. And Freedom."

And 235 years later, the quality of each is about the same.

Monster trucks filled with people firing chainsaw guns that make your very blood explode from both the chainsaws and the pure uncut awesomeness of the concept. And lots of guitar solos. Possibly also ninjas, provided they're here legally.
