I find it amusing that folks here go into "cold dead hands" mode regarding the 2nd Amendment, but don't care much about copyrights, which are provided for by Article 1, section 8 of the same Constitution.

I care plenty about copyrights... I dont care for lawyers that threaten girl scouts over camp fire songs and scum like that.

Well first the material involved would have to be "useful Art", which means that the vast majority of supposed "art" created today simply does not qualify. Although it does not really matter as I have a Letter of Marque provided for in the same section, and I am therefore not a pirate.
