Pfft. They've been doing that in Cook County for years!

"Ah, another vote for Qoq'bhaiyit!"

"Yes, Daley, son of Daley is a coward and a knave but that term is too much for even him!"

"No, no, this vote is for the Qoq'bhaiyit in the 15th ward committeeman's race."

"So, another Qoq'bhaiyit completely?"

"Yes. Totally different Qoq'bhaiyit."
Remember, folks, you can't spell "douche" without "Che."

Some friends got delayed getting into one of the Comic-Con halls Saturday night waiting for police and medics to clear out. Apparently there was a disagreement over saved seats inside the hall and someone stabbed another in the eyeball with a pen.

Years from now our children and grandchildren living in a 3rd world America will ask "What were you doing on March 21st 2010 and why didn't you stop it?"

You can bet that someone, somewhere is working on making some governmental entity print ballots in Klingon.

We probably shouldn't have said this, because I'll bet now if you Google Ballots in Klingon you are directed here.

I feel sorely tempted to deface such defacements of public signs with a paint gun, but I'd have to buy one, and I'm a bit strapped now.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

Multnomah County health department has a Klingon translator on-call for mental health situations. Just in case someone gets hit in the head and comes in only speaking Klingon. They don't get paid unless they work, thankfully, but they DO exist.

Probably something that roughly translates to "All seven chakras, twice"
'Regulate' used to mean the opposite of 'constipate.'
