I understand they deduct the federal taxes from his cash winnings before he even receives it, then I'm sure his parents will take him to a tax advisor who will tell him to set aside a bunch more for the taxes on the objects of value (unless he cashes those out - frequently an option when people won't be able to afford the tax bill when it comes due).

I wonder if he voted for Dumbo, and if he did, if he's STILL a dumbocrat after the fed gov finishes taking its bites out of his winnings.
