Scope Rings For The Brno

Post by Darrell »

Well, I thought I had rings coming for the Brno ZKM 611, found out they're out of stock/back ordered. They were Millet Angle Loc rings; doing a lot of reading around on the internets I found some bad press on them. Anybody have recommendations? I believe the dovetail on the 611 is 16mm.

Never mind! LOL  Reading around, I saw mention that Burris rings made for the CZ 527 will fit the 611, except there's a recoil lug on the back ring base that must be removed. I went to Sportsmans Warehouse this morning, and found a set. Sure enough, except for the tab, they fit fine. I also looked over the scopes they had, and wound up getting a Nikon Buckmaster 3-9x40 for the gun. I (carefully!) removed the tab with a Dremel tool and put the scope on the gun, looks great. Now to sight it in!

By the way, the local SW finally appears to be on the rebound. They had lots of handguns and rifles in stock, plus their scope selection was the best it's been in a while, and they appeared to be doing good business.
