$12 P-Mags!

Post by Combat Controller »

I put this in another thread but thought it ought to get it's own for those members who were not following my semi hijack.

Go to Botach Tactical and order Magpul P-mags, if you use the coupon code "magpul" you get 15% off on all Magpul products. It makes the P-mag $12.42 or thereabouts.

That's a heckuva price. I see they mention they're the latest version, too, I'd wondered if the lower prices didn't reflect trying to move older stock. I bet a lot of gun show commandos are crying in their wheaties right now.

Quite a website, thanks for the link, CC! They got lots of toys! :)

Received some already, they broke up my shipment so I could get them sooner at no cost to me! They even called and asked if that was alright. The service there is excellent and the selection and pricing very good. I found a new toy store I think.

This was my 5th time to order from them and I am still pleased.

Yeah, the Chairborne Rangers like to rag on Botach, but every time I ask why all the complaints about them are 3 or 4 years old no one answers!
:D

To be fair, they couldn't ship a paper sack without problems at that time, but since they moved over to their new inventory, sales, and shipping system, they appear to be good-to-go. One way to make sure you're happy is to call before ordering online and ask if they have the item IN STOCK.

Their sales prices are just out-of-this-world. I got a Blackwater Camelbak Talon backpack (regularly between $160 and $240) for $80 on sale. They're still selling off all their Blackwater gear for over 50% off.
And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.

Whoa! Warning on Botach!

I ordered a Pelican laptop case before going to 29 Palms. I ordered it at the beginning of September, and they charged my CC immediately. They finally shipped it at the end of October, when I threatened to call my bank and have them reverse the CC charge, then file fraud charges against the company.

If you guys are having good luck with them, I might give them another try. I have a Blackwater drop leg platform that served me well, and they had a great price on it. I bought that before my laptop case.

That happened to me with another company, I just reversed the charges after failing to even get a hold of them. It was for some saiga parts, I will post the name later when I remember it.

So far these guys are good and the one part that was out of stock they called me an hour after I ordered to let me know. I thought that was nice, Midway did the exact same thing to me yesterday, I ordered something and I paid for it, but they refunded me the cash after letting me know they screwed up. You could do worse than following in Midways footsteps.

Speaking of Blackwater gear I recently got a Blackwater buttpack from CDNN. It was only $10 bucks but adds a good deal of storage space to my BoB. The only real problem I had with it was its kinda odd execution of the PALS webbing. CDNN has all of their Blackwater stuff on sale right now (wonder why...). If your looking for a good BoB the Long Range pack looks like a good deal. URL here: CDNN Blackwater

$14.20 at AIM for the 30s and $13.25 for the 20s

However, AIM has one-cent shipping on all Magpull products. That's a heck of a deal for a small quantity buyer.
