SAPULPA, Okla. — A soldier accused of dragging a dog behind his vehicle was released Tuesday from the Creek County jail, authorities said.
Cody Wayne Hahn, 20, left after posting bail on charges of cruelty to an animal, transporting an animal in a cruel or inhumane fashion and abandonment of a domestic animal.
The sheriff’s office was notified Oct. 16 that someone driving a black sport utility vehicle was dragging a dog behind the vehicle.
