Got a customer who has just been told they need to get PGP up to transfer encrypted attachments with a vendor. Only PGP will do for their requirements and we're still trying to determine if that means the commercial one.
Turns out Symantec is the current owner and so far they've been a PITA to try to deal with. The customer end is running under windows 2008 R2 terminal server. They don't want the disk encryption capabilities, so if Symantec is the way to go the 'desktop email' version is probably what they'll use since it'll tie into their outhouse email client.
We could also get the command line version working for them using scripts.
Any better options out there any more?

Re: Which PGP?
Thanks, Chris. Still waiting to hear if there's any requirement for the commercial version.
