Mine came with an S&G mechanical combination lock (I'm a firm believer in KISS). The Sam's Club ad says the one they're selling is electronic. Maybe it just needs to be reset--I've seen electronic locks get fingerf*cked in the store so much they go into a safe/reset mode. It always pays to RTFM, it should have directions on how to reset. If yours is mechanical, be sure to turn it to the left past zero at least four times before trying the combination.

Assuming it's the electronic lock version, the factory default combo is 123456 (yeah I know).
