I'm going to assume your "Inform the Ignorant" post was NOT directed at me, but was merely an information/education post for the few folks on the forum that haven't joined the NRA yet :) . I hope your post means you are a member and are actively supporting their efforts.

If you haven't already, you might also consider joining your state rifle association - most states have one - and doing a little grass-roots advocacy. There are also some very good organizations working to "fill in the cracks" left by the NRA - I can recommend the Second Amendment Foundation, for one.
