I don't need a bayonet, or a knife, or anything. I just think that they look cool, they're neat things to add to my collection. I was looking at the STG90 bayonet because I've never seen an AR with one of those on, and I thought it would be a neat project.

I already own an OKC-3S, arguable the best bayonet out there. Bayonets are great for looking cool on parade, stabbing enemies, and opening your chow. The OKC-3S also makes a decent knife, and despite my best efforts, I couldn't break one during training.

You put it on the end of your rifle and stab people with it. You aren't going to survive enough bayonet charges to wear out even a cheap combloc milsurp unit.
But obviously, you need a side-folding, spring loaded, silver-inlaid bayonet like Owen Pitt.

I have observed that those words are a sign that the mental illness is talking. Don't listen to them.

You either have a use for it, or it's a tchotchke. Next thing you know, you'll be spending a lot of time and money shopping at Pier 1 Imports.

At this point I'd be happy if he would send me the damn lighter I paid for.
