Note bene: The perp who had served 15 years in various correctional facilities was 30 years old when the deputies shot him dead-like-a-dog-just-off-Jefferson-Highway, so half his life was behind bars. Say what you will about the deputies defending themselves when this punk tried to blast his way free, it certainly solved this guy's recidivism problem...
