Or, why we fight the leftists. I'll freely admit, this quote chokes me up & brings a tear to my eye.

I can't always agree w. everything he did... but he really did get it... And, he had excellent writers, who probably didn't mind having a man of Regan's talents available to do the delivery...

Whenever I hear about the "city on a hill" this is what I think of. Fun fact: My knowledge of this game once won me praise in a US history class when I was the only one who knew who spoke of the city on the hill, at least until the professor asked mt HOW I knew.
