There are a lot of folks who don't do the auto-pistol manual of arms. A DAO revolver is the original point-and-click interface, and is pretty easy to teach to anyone with a double-digit IQ.

The Boss has gone through a vast array of 9mm self-loaders, and she can't hit the ground with one unless she drops it, and she'll probably have to drop it twice. But she dearly loves, and shoots well, all of her .357 firearms, revolvers and carbines alike.

And, yeah, I'm probably gonna wind up buying a couple of these.

Damn. And I had plans for the Toy Fund!

But will it make the CA approved list? Inquiring minds want to know.

Seems like a good thing. Hope it's a good piece and they get choked with orders.

I hope it's better than Remington's R51 debacle.

Supposedly engineered and built by Manurhin I heard.

More checking reveals Kimber says it is designed and engineered in Yonkers NY.

I have a Manurhin-made PP (Walther). Really nicely done. If they have kept up the same quality over the years, the Kimber ought to be a good gun.

Jay Grazio posted a quick note on FB. He seemed to like it. He had a chance to run 5-6 cylinders through it.
