As I mentioned in another thread, I'm about to replace my PA-63 with a Springfield XDS45 within the next month. I'll be selling the PA63 locally, with 5 mags, through a local FFL. My problem is this…
That will leave me with about 450 rounds of Wolf FMJ 9x18, plus about 20 or so rounds of Hornady JHP. Are there any legal concerns about selling this stuff privately to someone who uses Mak caliber?

No legal problems, unless you live in one of those states that requires documentation of ammunition sales.
It's yours, sell it or trash it or whatever.

You should shoot it all up before you sell the pistol just to make sure everything works properly. Wouldn't want to sell somebody a gun that was less than well tested.

Doubtless because they can't find a way to collect a second set of excise tax on it, right?CByrneIV wrote:It's illegal to sell it commercially (against ATF regulations actually... and even that is kinda iffy...) and flea markets and gun shows are iffy, but private sales in most states are just fine.
Can't have the peons selling untaxed tea, King George would be scandalized.
