Now now, their time had simply passed. The NoR was great for the time we had it. When it had outlived itself, we moved on. Remember, without the NoR we wouldn't have TGC.

You weren't singled out and banned from commenting on his blog, or retrieving your posts from his forum when it ended. To this date, he's never given me any indication of what I might have said or done to offend him so. I do have a guess, and if I am right about it, then to hell with him. Paricularly after the way just ending his forum wasn't enough for him; he tried to break up the group, and applied the same treatment as I got, to the people who were trying to preserve it. Except, of course, for the guy who is local to them (CC), because they knew they would still have to deal with him. Cowardly fucks.

My money is on that being Connie's work. I like Kim, but Connie is like chewing on tin foil. She's not rational. I'd say she's nuts, but she's more functional than Kim. *shakes head*Netpackrat wrote:You weren't singled out and banned from commenting on his blog, or retrieving your posts from his forum when it ended. NPR: I had no idea that happened to you. I never did understand the attempt at breaking up the group in that way. As for Greg's comment, it certainly explains the public schools , which are now basically run by women.Greg wrote:My money is on that being Connie's work. They seemed pretty serious about that to me. It was more than a little disturbing to be honest.Mike OTDP wrote:I took that as tongue-in-cheek.skb12172 wrote:Was that the business where they came to the forum looking for a mate for Daughter? Unusual, that...

I don't recall that at all… Not sure if it was before I was around, or I was oblivious - it was during law school/starting the plant, so oblivious is a definite option.
