One spare mag for the Tomcat, the Glock, or the CZ82. Two spare mags for the 1911s. A pair of speedloaders or speed strips (sometimes both) if I'm packing a revolver.

I like Chris' idea of using the hair ties to connect a pair of speedstrips for pocket carry. I generally carry a pair of speedstrips if I've got a revolver, or a magazine or two if an automatic. This, of course, varies according to what's going on and where I'm going. Going down to the Bywater at night, on the night that OWS was threatening a "night of rage" (Which never panned out), I had a bit more on me, and quite a bit more in the truck.
