Interesting, a new stock for M4s and ARs. Looks rather like the Magpul CTR or MOE, but has more features. It also fits both mil-spec and commercial buffer tubes:

The price is right too, at $79.95.

Not content to just steal firearm designs from Kel-Tec they have resorted to stealing stock designs from Magpul. Magpuls had some legal issues with it's stocks before though.

That's Rogers (as in Bill Rogers), not Ruger. As to it's Magpul appearance, how many ways can you possibly make a collapsible AR stock that doesn't look like some other?Kommander wrote:Not content to just steal firearm designs from Kel-Tec they have resorted to stealing stock designs from Magpul. LOL
Here's the Rogers: The Magpul CTR: And the Magpul MOE: They do look a lot alike... some of the comments over at the Firearm Blog took exception to the sling slot atop the back of the stock on the Rogers. Shopping around on the web, looks like the Rogers is actually more expensive, depending on who you buy from. The milspec/commercial buffer tube compatibility is a nice touch. The reviewer at the Firearm Blog liked the Rogers' butt pad a lot.

Re: Rogers Super-Stoc AR Stock
I had the opportunity to play with one of these at Shot Show last year. It's a hell of a stock.
The thing I liked about it was that once you lock it into position it has a tensioning system that removes all shake and rattle from the butt stock once it's in place. Aside from that the other allure is that it will fit both commercial and Mil-Spec tubes.
It may look a lot like the other guy's stocks and he may have done some things the same, but if those things are done right why reinvent the wheel?

Colt will supposedly be using this stock on future ARs/M4s.

In retrospect I was too hard on the stock. Also I was totally wrong on the Ruger thing. Fail on my part. Still looks allot like the Magpul stock though.
