Bald Guy Needs Advice

You never realize just how much sweat your hair absorbes until it's gone. Finding myself wearing scrubs in a medical setting, on a ward where the temperature is always scalding in order to accomodate the sensibilities of the approximately 90% of the staff which is female, I end up sweating like a damn pig.
The sweat running down into my eyes is a constant problem. I've considered some kind of sweat band or head wrap - I'm pretty sure I could get it past dress code as a medical accomodation - but am not sure where to begin as far as finding something appropriate.
HELP!

I've been shaving the dome for well over 15 years. This may seem unconventional and may not work in the long term, but I have used clear antiperspirant in on my head in situations where I worry about excessive perspiration (court, extended meetings, etc.).
Recently, I've taken up tennis (my girlfriend kicks my ass... it's quite humbling to be beaten badly by a 5'7" 130# woman) and I've found my customary do-rag doesn't quite cut the mustard. A bandanna with an old school sweatband around the bottom does the trick. Not sure how this will fly in your situation though...

Yeah, it needs to be somewhat "dressy" and, preferably, black in color. A lot of the black football players wear those headwrap thingies and that would probably fly. I'm not sure how absorbent they are, though.

Under armor, I think, makes the thing ball players wear.

I'm not bald, but I like these
head-wrap things. No doubt you can find them locally.
Perhaps
military headwraps or chef's hats?

You could always consider a Sikh turban . . .

Lots of absorbency there.
That ought to make 'em think, particularly if you don't have a beard or mustache.

I've used a simple band of some cotton material, about 1-2 inches wide, placed just above the eyebrows and tied by the neck. Wrapped together it looks like a string maybe half an inch wide. I felt it works better than a "regular" sweatband, it seemed to divert the perspiration from the eyes and back. It was also much cooler than a sweatband, and more comfortable.
I saw some soccer player use it, I think his idea was to leave the forehead free to use on the ball, but I think it works well for other things too.
