Suspender suggestions?

I can carry my gun far more comfortably w. my pants pulled up, if it slides down, my belt binds on my gut, and constricts me (Pains of being a FB). If I cinch my belt tighter, it helps, but then it binds when I sit down, so, as I wear my shirt untucked, I'm considering suspenders over a t-shirt, then under my regular shirt.

Besides, I'm sure I can use them to conceal more stuff somehow...

Would smaller pants help keep them from riding down and binding? It seems counter-intuitive, though... (When they're at the proper position, they are a bit loose w. my usual carry stuff tucked inside... I wonder if they make an IWB flashlight holder/adding more stuff would help...)

The other benefit of suspenders would be I'd no longer have to futz w. my pants -- we eliminated shoelaces and pants in the plant to help minimize contamination.

Check out the tool supply stores. They sell the big suspenders you always see the construction people wearing. You ought to be able to do something with those.

I was going to mention the Perry Suspenders. Walmart carrys them or a clone. Who would of thought it? Suspenders to be worn with a belt. I on occasion wear a pait of the big wide red ones, they are clip ons. I think Aglifter's ass is too small to hold his pants up, same as me big gut and small ass. Suspenders can make life a lot easier if you find your pants slipping down all the time. I suggest you wear them over your outer shirt. It is easier to drop your pants to take a crap.

Seek Her, thanks for the Perry suspenders link.

I went and ordered a couple of the belt clipped ones for myself.

You're quite welcome...

I use mine to hold up my pants but I also use them outside my hunting clothes to support a belt with various devices attached like a military web belt...works great but if you do use it that way it is much better to order a long version then the regular as you're having to go over multiple layers of material and I like my knife at or just below my waistline…...
