Bullet Proof Couch

This is only news at TIME Magazine.
Most folks that wanted that have already hillbilly-engineered it themselves from leftover cop-turn-in Kevlar, or a coupla sheets of AR500 and an old hide-a-bed sofa laying around the shop. The brighter lights went one better, and installed it as the bench seat in their by-God pickup truck, because the only thing better'n a gun rack in the window is a high-cap gun safe under the seat, and bulletproof seatback cushions.
Personally, I want one of those couches that has a spring-loaded revolving cushion, internal shackles, soundproofing, and swallows people whole like a Venus flytrap after a hunger strike.
So that I could invite some reporters from TIME magazine over to give it a whirl. So to speak.
