My Blade-Tech D / O Holster

I ordered a Blade-Tech Dropped and Offset Holster for my Smith and Wesson Sigma (9VE). They posted a two-month turnaround time for non-standard production, and the Sigma certainly is that. It wasn't available through any online vendor, like a Glock or M&P holster would have been. So I dropped the cash and ordered it.
Almost 9 weeks later, the Big Brown Truck of Happiness brought the holster to my door. It came in Ziploc bag inside a medium UPS manila bubble wrap envelope, within which was a purchase invoice. On the other side of the invoice was a congratulatory note, a standard warranty/disclaimer statement, and instructions on how to adjust the retention for user satisfaction. Unfortunately, there were no instructions on how to change the adjustable belt loop. I ended up removing (separating) the belt loop section from the holster section using the three screws. At that point, I pushed the tabs from the bottom on each side, and it popped up. Getting the adjustable section of the loop re-installed was like a monkey doing a math problem. I just had to muscle it in, and thought at one point it would break, but it finally snapped into place.
I bought it for my ATS (MOLLE) War Belt, and it fits quite well. I was concerned it wouldn't drop far enough, but it does - the tiny seam of the war belt drops right in between the two portions of the holster, and stays "pinched" between them. It's a perfect fit, really.
I haven't been able to take it to the range. It's been 106 out here every day for three weeks, the forest land is shut down for fire danger... I could go on and on, but I'll save the rant about not being able to find a place to shoot around here for another time.
The only negative about this holster is a small personal preference. For the war belt, I wish I could drop the holster about another 4 - 6", but that's just ergonomics. I have standard length arms, and squat little Barney Rubble legs. Anyway, I'll try to update again when I take it to the range.
