A typo.
I will say that Pac-Nor, among other oddballs they make, list a .234 barrel.

My guess? The typo originated somewhere in the paperwork, and everybody just followed along, because it's "procedure".

Considering the quality of their mags I've owned, I don't doubt it a bit.

I own it, and has run like a champ. Haven't owned it for long, so here is hoping.

You'd be surprised how often it happens. Part of my job at one former employers was going over blueprints with a finetooth comb anytime the customer issued a new revision. Two of my bosses did the same. You wouldn't believe how often screwups happen - better than half the time there were mistakes in the print. And the customer? Litton Airtron, which was gobbled up by Northrup Grumman.

Or, it could be they are intended for shot out M-16 barrels, before we sell them as surplus.
<We need a delusional smiley.>

I had bad luck with Promag Mini-30 mags. USA brand, Too. And don't even mention Triple K to me...
I finally just bit the bullet and ordered 10 Ruger brand 20rd mags. Ouch to my wallet.....
