I just bought 3 of these as backups for my work trailers for $99 each. I can forward the email I received with the $20/kit discount if anyone is interested.
Porter Cable cordless stuff is excellent quality... not the best, but much better than the Ryobi or Black and Decker crap they sell at the box stores. The batteries are NiCad, not the latest/greatest LiIon.. but for a C-note, this kit's a steal.
Standard Disclaimer: I have no affiliation in any way with PC or the CPO store.
P.S. There is a $10/kit rebate (up to $50) which brings the price down to $89

Re: Great Deal on Cordless Drill/Saw Kit
For a homeowner (or as a backup to a better kit), these are decent tools.
No doubt the Li Ions are MUCH better. I have them in everything from Hilti (very well made, but hella expensive) to Ridgid (decently made w. a LIFETIME warranty including batteries). They perform much better overall, weigh less and don't drain as fast when it's cold out. The NiCads are HORRIBLE in the winter when working outside.
