Well, yes. As both a private pilot and a heavy UAV tester, I agree.
FAA task force panel recommends 250gram weight limit for un-registered "drones".
The way I'm understanding this, remote controlled aircraft heavier than 250grams, EVEN IF "LINE-of-SIGHT ONLY", would be included.
Do ya'll read that the same way?
