What is this M4 Accesory

Crash, we've got BZO targets for the PEQ-15 on all rails, I'll see if I can find the offset while I'm at work today.(Last day before leave, yay!)

I've got my PEQ-15 on the right side, flashlight and grippod on the bottom, and ACOG and BUIS (on the top of course)

Meh, it's why I threw in the IIRC caveat. Other than optics, I'm no expert on most of the electronic gadgets that they put on service rifles and carbines these days, and I'm still learning everything I can about the different optic systems.
