Crazy uncle inheritance question

In the vein of Brewster's Millions, you have just inherited money from a crazy uncle. This uncle up til now has been friendly but all have assumed was broke.

He left you $45,000. The caveat is, if you don't spend it according to his rules you have to pay it all back plus 50% as a contribution to DNC campaign of 2016.

Rules
$20,000 for gun purchases - minimum of 10 guns
$10,000 for ammunition purchases - minimum 6 calibers - minimum 500 rounds each for the 6 calibers
$5000 for safe storage of above
$5000 for misc like scopes, reloading press etc
$5000 for disaster prep non gun related

Are these LIMITS to authorized/required spending? It would be very easy to spend this and then some.

Really, the hard part would be finding cheap guns to fill out the required number of guns to hit the 20K total for guns. I can name several rifles that would cost over 2k each I'd like to have.

Same for all the other categories. You are allowed to spend additional (personal) money in each category but you must meet the minimums in each category.

You set aside enough money for 8 Lorcins or Hi-Points. Or something cheaper. Then buy the 2-3 guns you want.

Now, since I presume the game is to identify what you want...and I'll assume a further limit to modern arms (otherwise I buy the 8 Lorcins and a cased pair of original flint duellers)

1 x Feinwerkbau AW-93 ($2500)
1 x Pardini SP ($2,000)
1 x Baumkircher Calderwood underhammer flintlock pistol ($7000)
1 x Clark longslide .45 ($2000)
1 x Mountain Custom Pistols match M9 pistol ($2200)
1 x Sig 556 Classic ($1700)
1 x Caywood Type D fusil ($2200)
3 x Cz-82 ($700) - Filler guns, but also an investment.

The rest is fairly easy...500 rounds in 5.56, 5.45, 9mm, 45 ACP, .32 S&W Long wadcutter, and .38 Wadcutter. Then buy match-grade .22LR ammo, many cases worth. A couple of new vaults. High-end spotting scope. A suppressor in 5.56. Reloading gear. Spend the disaster prep on land.

For $20K Candyman would would get enough Mosins and 22's that he'd have to build and enclose another carport to store them all.

Kind of a silly thread, but I just thought of a way to liven it up a little.

Plan your buy with a mind to pass-outs, to turn half a dozen of your most trustworthy worthwhile neighbors into "friends with guns".
