Ok, Harris bipod is attached and Vortex Viper HS 30MM 4-16x50 is in the mail. Pics to follow when optic is mounted.

And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.

Well, now that I'm too late......
Harris also has two kinds of leg length adjustment - one snaps in "steps" cut into the leg and is fixed, or the other has thumbscrews that tighten wherever you want it. I like the infinite adjustment option - when you are shooting prone, the ground isn't perfectly level, nor is a pickup hood. The fixed adjustments may or may not line up your rifle as well as the other kind.

A gun is a tool, Marian; no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.

My new one locks at full length but can be infinitely adjusted at any other length.

Crappy phone pic. New charger for real camera is en route.
I'm really impressed with the Vortex HS scope. Built like a tank, the adjustment clicks are solid and it gathered a lot of light at dusk tonight. I will hope fully get 'er sighted in this weekend. Oh, and the rig is a heavy sucker! 10# 7oz sans magazine. But this is going to be my 100-300 yard practice gun, so weight isn't much of an issue.

Niiiiiice! You'll be shooting errant flies that land on your target at 100 yds soon.
