It Followed Me Home!

Post by skb12172 »

I have been wanting to get another Taurus 85 for awhile. I finally decided to just do it. After fingerprinting the regular and ultralight weight aluminum models, I went with the polymer because, "ooh, cool! Evil and black!!!" $279 out the door. They even threw in a Fobus holster.

Mom, dad, and brother all carry them. We are a Taurus family.

Oooo, that's pretty. I've been wanting a Tracker for a while.

I'm not sure if "pretty" is a word I would ever use to describe that...

Wear well. My 85UL is old reliable, rough action but reliable and it doesn't seem to affect my DA groups that much.

Does anybody see a downside to the polymer?

I don't think so. The Ruger LCR has a polymer frame.
