Stamp of Approval: Simmons 3-9x32 "22 Mag" Rimfire Scope

I bought a "placeholder" scope for my 10/22, something acceptable until I could get a high-quality permanent scope. It turns out I'm so pleased with my purchase I neither need nor want a different scope. The one I chose is the Simmons 3-9x32 w/ adjustable objective they call the "22 Mag." It comes in different specifications including black vs. stainless, mounts or without, with and without adjustable objective, and variable vs. fixed magnifications. In all flavors, the reviews show people are as wild on this scope as I am:
Cabela's - 4.6 out of 5 stars, with 141 reviewers
Amazon - 4.2 out of 5 stars, with 328 reviewers
Walmart - 4.5 out of 5 stars, with 59 reviewers
MidwayUSA - 4.5 out of 5 stars, with 12 reviewers
OpticsPlanet - 4.28 out of 5 stars, with 56 reviewers
I was going to do a flat-out review, but Chuck Hawks already wrote one up so comprehensive that I couldn't compare. Here's what he says.
At between $30 for the base model, and $60 for the stainless with rings and adjustable objective, this scope is a steal, and one I wholeheartedly recommend.
