So let's assume for this thread, that Obama is going to win the election. What are you going to buy gunwise between now and the time he takes office?
Personally, I am looking at getting 2-3 more ar lower receivers, an AK of some kind, 20 more AR mags, 20 AK mags, and probably 5 or so hi-cap 10/22 mags. I would also like to get 5 or so mags for my XD-45. There will also be at least 1,000 rounds of .223 and 7.62x39 purchased.
Now the only thing that I really want, that is not on the imediate list is some kind of .308 semiauto. I may just pick up a Saiga for that purpose though.

Honestly, with all the crap going on right now, I dont expect to see any new gun legislation reach the floor for some time. Plus, we do have the Heller decision on our side now, which might help our case somewhat.
That being said, an AR lower is at the top of my to do list.

Sufficient guns now and lack of money. I figure on increasing the ammo supply in all calibers through buying or reloading.

I hope Heller is on our side, but if not, I want to have a decent arsenal of banned weapons. Right now I only have the one AR, a Mini 14, and an SKS.

+1, although I would like a semi-auto .308, but will hold off until I feel more flush.Rod wrote:Sufficient guns now and lack of money. I figure on increasing the ammo supply in all calibers through buying or reloading.

I can't get "assault weapons", so it'll probably be handguns and magazines for me.
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON
A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.
I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad

I'll probably go a little crazy with the business credit card. Not enough to ruin me, but still a little crazy.
Probably a couple of decent ARs, nothing I'd compete with, but good enough for others to use. Another 12 ga., probably another pump, but maybe a Saiga this time. A couple of .22 pistols and a 9mm XD for the wifey.
Of course, that's just barely touching it, lots and lots (really just a metric assload) of magazines, ammo, and reloading supplies. Also, a reloading set-up.
