I have already ordered a Wolff 15# recoil replacement spring.
Which Hammer spring should I get? The choices are 9, 11, or 13#s.
This is the site from which I am ordering.

Thanks in advance for your help and comments.

Depends on if you are using it for self defense or competition shooting. The lighter you go the lighter the trigger pull, but at the price of lighter hammer strikes(which may be a problem with some ammuntion). Vice-versa, the heavier the spring the heavier the pull, but guaranteed to fully dent the primer. If you're not sure, just go with the middle weight.

Self defense. This is one of my two carry pieces, the other being a Taurus .357 snubbie. Would you still recommend the middle weight?

Middle, but no less. Also make sure it ignites at least a box of your favorite carry ammo. Self Defense stuff usually has harder primers I have found. Many a gun I have had to swap springs back into after I monkeyed with it.
