The the force is strong with that one.

Jedi: "You need a [fill in the blank] tool."
WECSOGer: "I need a [fill in the blank] tool"
That's what she said!

... and besides that, I'm impressed by how easy you make the process look.

But handsome!

His complexion has improved since his last photo too. Much less green pallor
Good memory, Denis has. ;-)

Decided not to blast and park the whole action; just the forward part of the barrel and sight tower where the paint was damaged by brazing, and the action.

To the park tank; a piece of capped 4" ABS. I first filled it with boiling water, and added the action to warm it up. While that was going on, I heated the park solution in a pot. I then dumped the hot water and added the park solution. Double double, toil and trouble; fire burn and cauldron bubble.

Both ends and the bolt carrier were thus parked.

And finally we Duracote, in the "VZ2008" color available from Lauer.

And the build is done. I'm tickled by the "1" and "30" selector switch settings. ;-)

Thanks for posting this, Felix. I've had a VZ parts kit for a few years now, but didn't know factory receivers were available.

I'll second Denis, we need a range report. 8-)
