I would love to have one of those Swiss 22s but they are a little too rich for my blood. :(
Do not relish to feel what the men that used these weapons felt when they saw the elephant. For the elephant has tusk and to see him is to have his tusk dig deep into your soul. You will always have a part of you that will be cold and empty.

For mine too :-). I was very lucky to receive that one as a gift from my wife, and we were both lucky to have found a gunsmith who had one still unassembled and who wanted to get rid of it to make space in the workshop.

I'll keep my eyes and ears open for you. There are a number of .22 conversions floating around, and not all are the limited series ones. They do turn up from time to time for reasonable money.

I was going to contribute to this thread but upon opening the vault-o-death it became apparent that one or more of the kids has been using their privledged access to "borrow" some items.
Anyways you can guess these two.

The green one sure looks like a Marlin 60, probably a 60N, to be specific. The other, I have no idea. If the weather does what it's supposed to, I'll try and get pictures of mine tomorrow.

Top is a Marlin 60 branded for Cotter and Company, the stock was in bad shape, I smoothed it with bondo and painted with Krylon stone texture. It was supposed to have a good camo pattern by now. Bottom is a Winchester model 55 single shot automatic, as the promos called it.

Got some better pictures today, the weather decided to cooperate for a little while.

The first is my new Henry .22LR, I should have a range report on it tomorrow, barring heavy snow. If it doesn't get shot tomorrow, it WILL get shot the weekend after.

The second is my Savage .22WMR. It looks and feels soulless compared to some of my others, but it's a solid companion in the field and a stellar bunny rifle.

My first thought on seeing this thread was, "How long before Rod shows up with a pic of a Spencer?"
