I'm with HTRN on this one. You couldn't run down to the local Goodwill store, buy an old leather purse, then cut and make a nice lace on cheekrest?

What kind of hogs are you going after? Rooters, ferals, or Javelina? What part of Texas are you hunting?

Big ones. My buddy who leases the ranch has seen some 200-300 lbers around dusk.

You may get a shot at some Javelinas since you're out west. They stay away from east Texas 'cuz they know I'm here.
Good luck. I hope you put a dent in the porker population. Just remember the ones 150 lbs and under are more tender and juicy than the big ones.
