I could keep busy just with 870 barrels. At 35 dollares at link above it puts the kabosh on tat WESCOG idea.

Building the tanks cheap requires a cheap(read: bordering on free) source for iron sheetmetal, access to a bending brake, and a welder(either stick, or better yet, a MIG or TIG).

When you can buy good tanks from Brownells for $55, and "okay" tanks from Midway for $40..

Personally, I'd focus on building burners and stands.

Umm.... Briley didn't charge me nearly that for my superposed... I did take it to them in person, though, and it had full and modified chokes, so the walls may not have been that thin...
