Yeah, I already have the Lee slug mold, which I am gonna try out next time I do any casting. It's about the time of year when I usually do my bullet casting anyway, I just need to finish up some other projects to make enough room. Biggest problem I will have is lack of hulls, since I rarely shoot my shotguns anymore, and never bothered saving any when I did.

Well, Gander Mountain I found out sells 15's of Winnyr Super-X rifled slugs for 11. Got 2 boxes, and 6 5's of Super-X 3" 00 Buck, to try out the recoil from it.

I've occasionally found 25 round boxes of Remington 00 Buck at the gun shop. Both 'hunting' and 'tactical/LE'.

I really need to get more; I don't have much stocked in the heavier loads.

It's their policy. You can legally buy rifle and shotgun ammo when you are 18, even online. Sportsman's Guide, for example, will sell it to 18+ year olds.

Nice, that'll be helpful in the near future.

I know a guy who buys buckshot to shoot in his .32 flintlock so that he doesn't have to cast that size.

Show me a guy who buys his buckshot rather than casting, and I'll show you a guy who used to own a tire shop.

I've got about 1500 Winchester AA trap hulls sitting in the basement. I had done some registered shooting a few years ago when my debt was lower and I.T. workers were still treated with a modicum of respect. And these shells are the older one-piece hull and basewad ones. I haven't decided yet if I'll get back into trap - sporting clays looks appealing, and more realistic.
Buy ammunition and magazines.
