Woman, Locked in Bedroom, Shoots Burglar Through Door

A Tyler woman successfully defended her property and children from would-be burglars by shooting at and hitting one of them through her bedroom door while she was locked inside, police said this morning.

Police responded to the report of a burglary in progress at the Southwest Pines Apartments shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday. The resident, a 31-year-old woman, said someone was in her apartment and she was locked in her bedroom with her children, police said in a prepared statement. The suspects, who entered the locked back door, attempted to get into the locked bedroom, and the victim shot through her bedroom door.

Good for her. I hope the little fucker gets a nasty infection and loses half his jaw.
If you are unwilling to give another man freedom in his life, do not expect to have it in your own.
It surely beats trying to figure out what the metrosexuals want ( a good hard kick in the nuts in my opinion, but that won't sell ice cream :D )- Highspeed

Locally here in San Diego, they call them: "home invasion robberies" - which is what they are.

good... because the term "Burglar" is incorrectly used when talking about a home invasion.

The Tyler newspaper report in the link is remarkably frank and matter-of-fact about the whole thing.

I feel sorry for the lady who was forced to shoot the goblin, but I'm glad that she had the wherewithal to do so when it became necessary.

It's semi-rural east Texas. Still fairly free of moonbat infestation.
