What is your number one ,two, three etc carry peices ?
Re: What is your number one ,two, three etc carry peices ?
As mentioned before... in multiple locations... a Baby Browning .25 in my front pocket. However, if weather permits, the CZ-75 or S&W Model 15 might get to go for a walk.

Number 1: Springfield GI Model, .45 ACP
Ummm... Don't exactly have a number 2 choice, yet. As soon as I test out my new Taurus 617 .357, though, that will become the choice, assuming it passes the test.

#1 Steyr S40 .40 S&W
#2 S&W 4563TSW .45ACP
#3 Colt Trooper Mk III .357 mag
#4 Ruger Vaquero .357 mag but only after I watch John Wayne movies all weekend.
Soon to be primary: Colt Defender .45ACP
I always wanted an itty-bitty 1911 and I finally got one. Its almost the Detective Special of semi-autos.

Stainless Walther PPK/s in a fanny pack.
And always, as Dub_James just said, THE HEAD. Shouting because if you're not aware, you could have a briefcase nuke and get clobbered by the guy you weren't paying too much attention.

Hmm... I have a few that I always go to, despite all the options.
1. S&W 340 PD in .357 always
2. Kimber Royal Carry CCO in .45 on the hip usually in colder weather. I had made a Wilson Combat CCO, but I like the lighter Kimber...
3. S&W 1911PD commander in .45, lighter than the Kimber, and always in the shoulder rig, a winter gun as well.
4. S&W Model 29 4" in .44 mag, hiking, that or number 6.
5. NAA Pug .22 mag in the pocket most if the time.
6. Colt Delta Elite in 10mm, if I am feeling froggy or it is cold enough, I love to carry this full sized beast.
7. Puma rifles in .454 or a Marlin in .450 or .44 mag, depending... hiking.
8. AR of some stripe in the cars
9. Remington 870 in 12 ga.
I would hazard that outside of numbers 1 and 5, which is 100% of summer carry, I am mostly carrying numbers 2 or 3 in cooler weather about 80% of the time.

Considering I'm carrying in a full duty rig, a SS Colt 1911 backed up by a Glock 30 most of the time.
Occasionally the Glock 21 makes it to the duty rig coupled with the 30.
Off-duty? What's that?
Colt Combat Commander, H&K P-7, Smith model 57 4" .41Mag just to mess with people.
