Metro police say shooting during holdup was justifiable

A 22-year-old uniformed security guard who was buying gasoline at a Murfreesboro Pike station on Sunday shot and killed a robbery suspect carrying an air gun.

Metro detectives are ruling the death of Jamie L. Sullivan, 37, a justifiable homicide.

POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.

I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad

Metro police had charged Sullivan with 146 offenses since June 1989. His last arrest was for trespassing Nov. 20.
that is 7.6 arrests per year since the guy turned 18... and no telling how many before then...

can anyone tell me why he was still alive and able to walk the streets?

He didn't meet up with the REAL mall security ninja before this?
one can be a Democrat, or one can choose to be an American.
Good acting requires an imagination; reality requires a person not getting lost in their imagination.

Now guys, some of our members are security guards, and it is an honorable profession. Not everyone is a mall ninja, heck, I probably raise a few eyebrows myself... and I am just mostly trying to find a place to keep all my stuff !

Hide it in the fez. They'll never look there.
