The Ohio Attorney General's office has published the latest edition of Ohio's Concealed Carry Laws and License Application (PDF file).

Hat Tip to Ohioan's for Concealed Carry

This a summary of Ohio's CCW laws and some AG opinions on matters not explicit in the laws. It's required to be given to everyone that takes a CCW License class and to be provided by County Sheriff's upon request.

This is edition includes changes in the laws that go into effect 30 September, including restaurant carry and dropping the arcane requirements on how you can carry in a car with a CHL.

I've just skimmed it, but I see some of the current AG's RINO PCness showing through in that the last 3 pages are devoted to "Dispute Resolution" .

I find that a little incongruous in a manual about CCW, in that any conflict that I am legally and morally justified in using a handgun to resolve, is not likely to be a situation where contacting an ombudsman or going through mediation is going to be a viable solution.
