The newspaper said Castillo was in critical but stable condition at hospital after suffering gunshot wounds to his left shoulder, left abdomen and legs.

According to the Chronicle, Castillo apparently initially didn't realize he'd been shot until after he untied his wife.

The woman was unharmed, police said.
Ramon Castillo? You sir, get a lifetime Mancard.

Is there an appropriate happy dance for a 3-fer goblin elimination that doesn't lead to dangerous blood alcohol levels?

Gotta love the 12 Days of Christmas themed comments.
Nine happy neigbors

Eight bullet wounds

Seven needing stiches

Six news stations

FIIIIIIIVE SMOKING GUNS

Four foolish felons

Three need chalk outlines

Two busy coroners

One proud American who stood his ground

Merry Christmas America!

Do you perform the Happy Dance 3 times as long in a situation like this, or perform it on 3 separate occasions?
...killed the two other suspects in the ensuring gunbattle..
Presented without comment, just a sigh.
Police are looking for a fourth suspect who may have been the getaway driver and was last seen driving a brown or gold colored vehicle.
The brown was probably a color of the upholstery when the he/she realized what was going on.
And I would so love to have a picture of their face when they realize/are told that they are up for 3 counts of Felony Murder.

So he was shot at least three times but continued the fight and killed three armed gunmen. Way to go!

Update from Say Uncle
Apparently, he needs some help with his medical bills because he’s uninsured. You can give here.

done. Thanks for the link. Put it up on facebook.

Specially meaningful to me and many friends. You may remember I lost a friend last year who died defending his family during a home invasion robbery (Puyallup, WA Craigslist killing).
