I know, anyone on this board calling someone else paranoid is like the pot and kettle. Still...

And as for comfort, for the last couple of decades I have carried two full sized .45 autos (or .44 Magnums or .45 Colts), and two J-frame revolvers (one a .357 Magnum) plus flashlights(2), handcuffs, knives and spare ammo every day! I am "heavy" but not uncomfortable, and it is a very easy load to get used to.

By no means do I think everyone needs to emulate me (and to many of you I probably seem a little nutty), but the likelihood of threat is extremely high for me in much of my life

Back up, primary, (or NY shoulder rig, or a survival sheath optimist rig) probably one in his pocket, and one on an ankle. I don't get the two flashlights, or the handcuffs, unless he's a cop.

I thought you knew board members better than that... I admit, I've thought about going to 3 guns, as neither an IWB or a pocket gun is very easy to get to while seated, if you count my briefcase guns, or the "truck" guns, then...

When I lived in Arizona (open carry state) I occasionally saw a guy in the grocery store with a Smith and Wesson on each hip, one looked like a .44, the other a .357, and a NAA .22 belt buckle revolver.

Yes, it looked like a bit much to carry to me but he seemed comfortable.

No guns here in Ill Annoy, but three flashlights whenever I'm out; the EDC in my pocket (Olight T10), a Streamlight Nano on the keyring, and a Rayovac 3-C 4W cat-whacker that might as well be attached to the dog's leash 'cause we never go out walking without it.

OK, now that I think about it, I do carry two "flashlights" at all times - I have one mini LED key clip/light, and then my streamlight micro pen light.

On my person there is one or two guns two lights and two knives, one a multi tool. In my briefcase there will be another gun light and knife set, car has pistol in the cab plus reload and the trunk has shotgun, rifle, .357, three day kit plus all sorts of other goodies. Repeat for every car.

Minus the guns (this is NJ) and yes, that sounds like me.

However the OP might want to drop down from 4 guns (he must look, and walk, like he's wearing a back brace) and add some other personal preparedness items, like a FAK, something for making fire, signalling and the like. And I do question the handcuffs....
