For those who don't have forty free minutes to watch that, the speaker is an IT guy who has discovered that the most secure way to fly with his valuable laptops and IT equipment is to include a firearm with it in the same heavy-duty padlocked case, thus ensuring that no-one opens his luggage unsupervised.
