Oh, you mean make him piss blood? 8-)
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.

I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad

No, that's a monkey punch. He's probably referring to the back of the perps head. I think a rabbit punch is a quick jab, IIRC. I've been wrong before!

Yeah, a rabbit punch is a jab to the base of the skull. Just what that asshole needed.

Technically, in boxing or MMA it can be any type of punch to the base of the skull.

That is why you should also carry an ASP collapsible baton when you CCW.

Just the CRACK! of the thing extending and a loud announcement of "Would you please step away from the woman!" would make you pretty bulletproof, so to speak, in court should the guy assume you wanted to start a fight.

During the interval between the first punch and him turning away, I doubt I would have had time to draw and challenge before it was all over. Once he turned away, the immediate threat to her life was over. If he had continued and/or started with kicking then challenging him and drawing if need be would be justified IMHO.

I certainly think a call to 911 with description and plate number would be in order, and if he had a problem with that...

I also would keep any eye on him as he left to make sure he wasn't retrieving a weapon from his vehicle.
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

Assuming I were armed, I would not have drawn on him, even if it were my daughter.

If I were there, I would have begun snapping pictures of everything, including his plate. If he approached me, I would've defended myself without lethal force, if he remained unarmed.

If it were my daughter, I'd have made sure his next waking moment was in a hospital.
And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.

Here you are allowed to shoot to "prevent grievous bodily injury, or death". I probably would have jumped this choir boy though, drawing down in a crowded Micky Dee's is a bad idea.

That is pretty much my assessment as well. I am not much of a fighter, but I think a running tackle from behind him into the wall would give me a decent advantage. 300 pounds of fat boy packs a punch. :D

I have personally seen 2 punches break 7 bones in a perfectly healthy grown mans face, needing two titanium plates and a crowbar to repair and three surgeries. I'd consider this a particularly heinous attack.
Grown man assaults and strikes a woman in pubic, stands over her when she's down and all over cutting in line?

Yeah I'd draw down on him to arrest him, if I didn't have my asp or oc with me. But that's my job. He's already shown contempt for human life and the law, and committed a serious crime.

and what are you going to do when he tells you to fuck off and walks away?

you cant legally shoot him if he isnt in the process of committing the assault...
