Although several shots were fired, no bystanders were injured, and there have been no reports of nearby vehicles being struck.
“There were multiple gunshots exchanged in this parking lot,” Grubbs said. “That’s pretty disturbing considering the (heavy) traffic … it’s very fortunate that no one was struck.”
Sure sounds like they got plenty of range time and were good shots!!!!
GOOD JOB, guys!!!
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON
A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.
I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad
And true to form, the reporter sounds sorry about the outcome, and describes the would-be gunman as the "victim", rather than the perpetrator of the incident.
"There are four types of homicide: felonious, accidental, justifiable, and praiseworthy." -Ambrose Bierce, "The Devil's Dictionary"
Love that woman's wonderful counterfactual: "What if some child had run out at just that moment and gotten killed?"
And what if the three moviegoers had been unarmed and the "victim" had decided to murder them right there and just at that moment a whole Kindergarten class of children had run out and gotten killed along with the three who were just going to see a movie?
Would that be reported as lone gun nut, domestic violence, parking lot violence, or foreign nutter unexpectedly snaps and massacres dozens?
I'm too lazy to sign up to make that comment.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
